Through this service, our physicians are able to connect with you securely through a remote location.
This emergency telemedicine service does not replace any 911 emergency calls. If you have a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911.

What to Expect:
Through two-way audio and video, you are able to connect with our emergency room physicians for a virtual visit.
In order to successfully use this virtual system, you will need access to a computer, tablet, or mobile device with a microphone, camera, and internet service. Please have an email address available so that you can access your patient chart after your virtual visit.
Dependent on your insurance plan, copayments may apply along with physician fees. A $50 cash payment option is also available for uninsured individuals.
When you first dial in, your call will be assessed by our triage nurse. They will assess you for any immediate 911 needs. You will then be registered and placed in a virtual waiting room, where the physician will then see you.
